Product Overview:
CVC core filter series uses filter element as filter element. The liquid to be filtered is pressed into the filter from the inlet, and the filter element is pressed from the outside to the inside. The liquid (i.e. clarified liquid) that passes through the filter layer is discharged from the outlet, and impurities are trapped in the deep layer and surface of the filter element, thereby achieving the purpose of filtration. Various conventional and special precision filtration requirements can be met by selecting various filter elements. It is suitable for liquid security filtration, precision filtration and microporous filtration to remove trace impurities and bacteria, with the advantages of high precision, high efficiency and large pollution capacity. The insulation jacket can be designed according to needs.
The CVC core filter series is subdivided into 3 sub-series:
● CVCN precision filter series, the upper cover structure has three sealing structures: clamp type, quick-open type and through-bolt nut fastening type. The clamp type is easy to start up and is suitable for small flow and low-pressure conventional filtration; the quick-open type design, with an auxiliary arm for opening the cover (cylinder diameter greater than 300mm), is competent for strict application requirements, reliable performance and durable. The through-bolt nut design can better ensure the pressure bearing and sealing effect.
● CVCD large flow filter series, using large flow series filter elements, is designed for large flow, high precision and high dirt holding applications. It provides two designs, horizontal and vertical, with large flow, compact structure, easy replacement and other characteristics.
● CVCW microporous filter series. Food grade design, no sanitary dead corners, can be completely disassembled for cleaning, food grade polishing on the inner surface, suitable for food, beverage and pharmaceutical industries.
● Liquid type: Widely applicable, various liquids containing trace impurities Main function of filtration: Remove tiny particle impurities, clean liquid, protect key equipment Filter maintenance type: Particle relative filtration, using disposable consumables, traditional manual replacement. Typical application industries: fine chemicals, water treatment systems, automotive industry, mechanical processing, petrochemicals, beverage machinery, papermaking, paint coatings, electroplating electronics, etc.
