Main Applications:Particularly suitable for filtering liquids with large flow, high filtering accuracy, and containing fiber and colloid impurities. Such as: white water reuse in papermaking industry, circulating water for spunlace non-woven fabrics, additives and raw materials, circulating water in petrochemical/chemical plants, condensed water, and cooling water.

Overview:The tubular internal backwash filter developed by chievo can place 3 to 20 filter cartridges in the same bracket, thereby reducing costs and expanding productivity. The filtration accuracy ranges from 5 μm to 1,700 μm. The tubular external backwash filter has many functions, which is due to its modular design, which can meet future production capacity and can be flexibly configured. The tubular external backwash filter uses easy-to-clean filter elements, saving the labor, cleaning costs and product losses required for bag and core filters, further reducing production cycle operating costs and expanding customers' production capacity.

Working Principle: The internal backwashing filter flushes the filter element through the reverse backflow of the clarified liquid after filtration, and the dirt is reset to the sewage main pipe at the bottom of the filter and discharged.

Performance characteristics:Completely online filtration system, suitable for uninterrupted continuous operation, single system processing capacity is large, can reach 800m³/h, smooth pipe and pipe connection, no dead angle, small pressure loss. The material and precision of the filter element can be widely selected to meet different application requirements

Filter element type:Wedge mesh filter element, wire mesh filter element, etc., online continuous filtration, no need to use one in reserve, reducing investment capital, internal backwashing is suitable for fluid filtration with low viscosity and operating pressure not less than 2Bar. The unique three-way, full-port valve allows fast and frequent backwashing operations, while maximizing the backwashing energy during the backwashing process
