Main Applications:Widely used in the steel industry, ironmaking, steelmaking, continuous casting, steel rolling, wire seamless pipes and other production occasions that require circulating water. It can also be used in petrochemical, water conservancy, thermal power and other industries and other circulating water and liquid occasions.

Structure and working principle:The filter consists of a tank, a filter column, a recoil mechanism, an electric control box, a reducer, an electric valve and a differential pressure controller. The diaphragm in the tank divides its inner cavity into a turbid liquid cavity and a clear liquid cavity, and multiple filter columns are installed on the diaphragm. The turbid liquid sent by the water pump enters the turbid liquid cavity through the inlet and enters the inner cavity of the filter column through the diaphragm hole. Impurities larger than the gap of the filter column are intercepted, and the clear liquid passes through the gap to reach the clear liquid cavity. All the liquids filtered by the filter columns converge in the clear liquid cavity and are finally sent out from the outlet. When impurities accumulate to a certain thickness in the filter column, a pressure difference will be generated between the turbid liquid chamber and the clear liquid chamber. At this time, the differential pressure controller can automatically control the backwash mechanism to start, or the backwash system can be manually started to remove the filter residue.

Performance characteristics:Continuous liquid supply function: Several filter columns are installed in the tank of this machine and work simultaneously. During backwashing, each filter column is cleaned one by one, and other filter columns continue to work to maintain continuous liquid supply. Automatic backwashing function: This machine monitors the pressure difference between the turbid liquid chamber and the clear liquid chamber through the pressure difference controller. When the pressure difference reaches the set value, the pressure difference controller outputs a signal, and the electric control box controls the start and stop of the backwashing mechanism to achieve automatic backwashing.

High-precision and reliable filtration:This machine is equipped with several filter columns in the entire space of the tank, making full use of the filtration space. The effective filtration area is generally 3-5 times the inlet area, with low backwashing frequency, small resistance loss, and significantly reduced filter volume.

Large filtering area:The tank of this machine is divided into a turbid liquid chamber and a clear liquid chamber. The backwashing suction cup and the filter column are installed in the two chambers. The two chambers are separated by a partition. The suction cup is close to the smooth partition, making the backwashing mechanism reliable and durable.

Safe operation:This machine is designed with a safety protection clutch to protect the machine from overload resistance during backwashing work, and can cut off the power in time to protect the mechanism from damage.
