CVH series fully automatic microporous filter is a fully automatic microporous filter designed and developed for filtering residues with dryness requirements. Through the PLC control system, the entire filtering process can be fully automated. Its working principle is to install a microporous tubular filter element in a vertical closed shell as the main filtering area, and an auxiliary filtering area of the microporous tubular filter element is provided on the pneumatic slag discharge bottom cover at the bottom of the shell. It mainly solves the problem that after the material is filtered through the upper filter element, the bottom auxiliary filter element will filter the remaining material in the shell. It is suitable for filtering residues with dryness requirements and is designed to achieve filtering without residual materials. The working principle is similar to that of candle-type equipment.
