Product Overview:

The CVB bag filter is supported by a metal mesh basket. The liquid flows in from the inlet, is filtered by the bag and flows out from the outlet. Impurities are intercepted in the bag and can be used again after the bag is replaced. It has the advantages of large processing flow per unit filtration area, small filtration resistance and high filtration efficiency. The filtration function of a liquid filter bag is equivalent to 5-10 times that of a filter element. CVB bag filter series has two sub-series: single bag and multi-bag. The single bag is divided into three types: CVBS flat cover (flat plate), CVBA concave cover and CVBT top entry; the multi-bag is divided into two types: CVBM standard multi-bag and CVBQ quick-open multi-bag. Single bag design, four common models and specifications, respectively used with 1#, 2#, 3# and 4# filter bags; multi-bag design, generally used with 2# filter bag.

● Simple design structure, low production cost, belongs to economical filter.

● Filtration accuracy can be flexibly adjusted according to the accuracy of the internal filter bag.

● Wide application range, flexible use, and various installation methods.

● The surface of the supporting basket is electrolytically polished, and the surface is smooth and will not be scratched by the filter bag.

● Surface treatment methods, shot blasting, polishing, and matte are available.

● The inner surface can be treated with fluorine coating to meet the working conditions of strong acid and alkali.

● It can be made into a jacket structure to meet the working conditions of thermal insulation filtration.

● When a single bag filter cannot meet the flow requirements, multiple bags can be used in parallel.
