Detailed introduction
The large flow filter element security filter is a new multifunctional filter, which consists of two parts: filter and filter element. It has been widely used in water, oil, paint and other liquid purification and solid-liquid separation in machinery, metallurgy, chemical industry, textile, printing and dyeing, electroplating, medicine, food and other industries.
The large flow filter element security filter series adopts large flow folded filter elements. The filter elements adopt imported large flow filter elements or domestic filter elements such as 3M, PALL, PARKER, and Hezhongsi. It is mainly used for security filters with large water treatment flow, cleaning filtration, backwash filtration, condensate filtration and other security filters. The liquid to be filtered is pressed into the filter inlet, and is filtered into a clear liquid through the filter layer from the outside to the inside through the filter element, and then discharged through the outlet. Impurities are trapped in the deep layer and surface of the filter element, so that the liquid is filtered.

■ Suitable for large flux filtration occasions, typically used in power plant condensate water deironing and reuse and seawater desalination, ultrafiltration and reverse osmosis membrane pre-security filtration. Effectively remove trace suspended solids in water, protect RO system water safety and extend the service life of expensive membrane elements.
■ Suitable for filter elements 20"-60", users can choose 3M/PALL/GRAVER and other high-performance large flux filter elements for installation.
■Horizontal and vertical structures. The horizontal structure has lower requirements for longitudinal installation space, and the filter element is installed horizontally. Operation and maintenance are more convenient, but the equipment requires a large reserve for lateral operation space. The vertical structure has lower requirements for lateral space, but requires a large reserve for longitudinal installation space. Because the filter element is installed vertically, the maintenance operation height is much higher than the horizontal structure. Customers should fully consider these factors and combine the on-site working conditions and site requirements to determine the best structural form.
